About Us

Christal Yanez, founder of AIM Dance Company, started as a dancer and small family-owned dance studio owner in Miami, FL. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a decade of experience teaching dance to all ages. She is also certified in Dance K-12 in MCPS.
She is now opening her doors again right here in Brunswick, MD. AIM was previously located at the Brunswick Crossing community center pre-COVID. Now AIM will offer classes at a new location: DaSilva Simmons Karate in Brunswick, MD.
Her mission for AIM Dance Company is to educate and empower young dancers through the art of dance; encouraging dancers to AIM higher each time they dance. They aim to achieve higher levels in their technique and performance and in every aspect of life.
AIM's goal is to provide quality dance classes to the Brunswick, MD community and to engage the community in the arts through community-based performances throughout the year.
